Its radius of curvature allows it to follow the path of the sun throughout the day. In this way, the apartments are heated naturally and benefit from incredible light. LUMICENE® meets the requirements of RT 2012.

Comfortable living

Easily maneuverable, the bays open in a circular manner and modulate the spaces according to the seasons. In winter you benefit from a larger and brighter apartment, while enjoying a balcony or terrace, like a winter garden. In summer, when the bays are directed inwards, they free up additional surface area to enlarge balconies and terraces.
