Chalets 1467
Classic co-ownership in Manigod
This new development comprises nine homes in five chalets, harmoniously integrated into the landscape and surrounded by lush green fir trees. Four of the chalets are divided into eight adjoining four-room flats, ranging in size from 107 to 109 m². All have private lifts and garages, some with cellars. The fifth is a 256 m2 chalet with eight rooms, including a separate 30 m2 studio. It's an ideal configuration for hosting a tribe. The spacious living room has a fireplace, perfect for long evenings in front of the fire. The chalets enjoy spectacular views towards the peaks of La Tournette. With their gable roofs and combination of stone and wood, the architecture is inspired by the traditional houses of Manigod, consisting of a simple wooden structure set into the slope on a stone base, with the gable opening out onto the landscape.
