Conventional co-ownership in Petit Châtel

The ART'MONY residence is located on the heights of the village. A very privileged, peaceful location with a totally unobstructed view. To make the most of the resort "with skis on", the Petit Châtel ski lifts are just 150 metres away, giving access to the entire ski area. A shuttle bus stop is located just below the residence for access to the town centre and all the Super-Châtel departures.

Between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, Châtel is a village resort which offers a privileged and lively living environment in winter and summer. The CHÂTEL LIBERTE ski area includes the 61 ski lifts and 73 slopes of Châtel, Chapelle d'Abondance, Torgon and Morgins. A direct connection gives access to the 12 French and Swiss resorts that make up the PORTES DU SOLEIL (Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gêts etc.): 300 slopes and 195 ski lifts! Châtel is easily accessible by road networks in France and Switzerland. Taxi or bus connections allow you to reach Thonon-les-Bains station and Geneva international airport.
